These newly built houses, offer all the modern comforts, including swimming pool, on great location, just a stroll to sea front, restaurants, groceries and very important - free parking. 

There are four separate brightly decorated houses, all equipped with 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, as well as 2 bathrooms. Both the balcony and patio offer views of the sea. There is a barbecue on the patio.

Only difference between the houses is that the House number 4 has one extra sofa bed in one bedroom and two single beds (bunk beds) in second bedroom, making it more family friendly (have a look at the photo in the gallery), since it can sleep 4+2.

Each house has its piece of privacy, but giving also the possibility of renting the entire block.

Prices include: electricity, water, weekly linen and towels, tourist taxes, all other taxes and final cleaning.
