This beautiful stone villa is situated above the old town Kut with beautiful views over the bay of Vis. The house was recently renovated to create a stunning holiday home, with a swimming pool and three lovely garden terraces. The accommodation combines the main villa and a separate apartment (for more info please see also Jasmine Apartment). If you're a couple and just want one bedroom you can take the romantic and very pretty apartment. It's on a different level , so is very private, and would suit guests who want a really luxurious break. There is also a high-quality sofabed in the apartment sitting room so the apartment can take up to 4 guests. Three couples, or a group of up to 6 guests can take the three bedrooms of the villa, and of course will have access to the pool and the two terraces. Four couples, or a group of 8- 10 guests can take the whole villa, including the apartment. This will give access to the pool and all three terraces.
The five-star interior of the main villa provides accommodation for up to 6 guests in three large ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms are of equal attractiveness and quality. They all have high quality furnishings and gorgeous views over the bay of Vis, towards the picturesque monastery , the sunset, and/or out to sea.
There is a large sitting room for relaxation, with a library of books. To one side is an interior dining table, for use in winter, which will seat up to 10. The main villa also has a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, blender,and food mixer. The utility room has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Outside in the terrace gardens there are shady and sunny seated areas, all with lovely views. Some spots are perfect for breakfast in the sunshine, others just right for lunch in the shade. There is a table right up on the top terrace which is ideal for your pre-dinner drinks watching the fabulous Vis sunset behind the far hills of the bay. And there is an atmospheric dining area on the middle terrace, with a big stone dining table and great lighting for memorable suppers. There is bougainvillea, plumbago and jasmine providing shade in the garden, while colourful pelargoniums spill out of pots and drip down walls on the terraces.
