Villa Zdenka is traditional stone house in the heart of Kut Vis renovated in 2017. It is decorated in simple contemporary style. Bars, caffees, shops and restaurants are at a walking distance. 

One of the villa’s highlights is its stone paved patio for outdoor dinning as well as outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor and well as on the second floor. There is a double bed in the attic, wih roof windows offering partial sea views, but note that the bedroom is acessed directly from the staircase, no door. Other bedrooms offer the views of the ancient roofs, sailing boats and the sea. There is a free private parking, 2 spots, just 2 minutes away from the house.

Kitchen and spacious living area,and a bathroom with shower is on the ground floor, acessing the yard with doning table and barbecue.
